Location

We are mid way between Ipswich and Norwich, just off the A140, in north Suffolk.

Directions to Thornham Walks

From the A140, follow the brown tourist signs THORNHAM WALKS

It is advisable for coaches to use the turn off by the Stoke Ash White Horse pub. 

Turn off the A140 at the Stoke Ash White Horse pub.  When you reach the Thornham Magna Four Horseshoes pub, turn right and drive through the village of Thornham Magna.  Turn left after the red phone box and before the church. After half a mile you will find the car park on the right and the coach park on the left.

Directions to Thornham Walled Garden

From the A140 travelling north take the second brown tourist sign to THORNHAM WALKS, this is the first sign if travelling south. As the road bears to the left take the right turn signposted THORNHAM PARVA.  Follow the tiny lane to the lodge gate on the left, signed to Walled Garden. Just before a gate and cattle grid turn right and then left for the Walled Garden car park.
